    • How do I find out if there are employment opportunities and how do I apply to SynergyAspen?

    • A:  You can view current employment opportunities and job postings and submit your application through the Careers Page link. You can also directly email us at careers@SynergyAspen.ca

    • A:  All current openings are listed under the Current Postings Tab.

    • A:  We do accept general resumes and these are kept on file for 6 months, after which you are always welcome to reapply. Please send any general resumes to Human Resources.

    • What are the education and experience requirements?

    • A:  Education and experience requirements vary depending on the position you apply to. The job posting will outline the specific requirements for the job.

    • Do I need to provide copies of my educational credentials?

    • A:  If the job requirement includes educational credentials, then proof of credentials may be requested. Additional documents may be requested, which will be specified during the interview.

    • Can I choose whether to work in the Port Moody, Fort St John or Calgary office?

    • A:  The job posting will indicate where the position is located. Due to the nature of the work, the positions are usually specific to the location. In some cases there may be opportunities to work in both locations. Remote work may also be considered for the right candidate.

    • What are your current office work model?

    • A:  The work model varies depending on the location. We have chosen to provide a hybrid work model to create more flexibility for our staff, while having a common area to socialize and build culture. We also offer full time remote work for the right candidate.

    • What can I expect if I get selected for an interview?

    • A:  Our selection process usually involves having a phone interview as a first step to discuss how your qualifications fit the position requirements. If you are invited to attend a long form technical interview, it will be conducted on Microsoft Teams or in the office,in a panel interview setting.
