SynergyAspen’s safety auditors also conduct general observations of safe work procedures by workers on site. SynergyAspen immediately identifies hazardous conditions or unsafe behaviors and recommends mitigative measures. Positive reinforcement of proactive safety practices is also provided to site workers to encourage continued ownership of the worker’s safety program.
